Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders of £65 or more.

£9.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under £65.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Because our juices and cleanses are made to order please allow 1 business day for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within [1–2] business days, depending on your location and the courier used. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) once your order has left our premises.
Packaging & Freshness
As our products are perishable, we take care to pack all juices and cleanses with insulated packaging and ice packs [adjust to match your actual packaging] to help keep them fresh in transit. We recommend refrigerating your order as soon as it arrives.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Electric Liquid is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us Page so we can try to amend it before dispatch.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damaged items, and we'll sort it out for you.
