These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website electricliquid.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Electric Liquid is operated from 57 Festival Court, London, SM1 3TU, United Kingdom.

3. Products

We sell juices, cleanses, and related products. We make every effort to display product information (including ingredients, allergens, and images) as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content on the Site are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.

Our products are perishable and are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any health concerns, please consult a doctor before undertaking a juice cleanse or similar programme.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock or there is a pricing error). Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable, our approach to returns and refunds is set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery — this includes our juices and cleanses once opened. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Electric Liquid brand, is the property of Electric Liquid or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electric Liquid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
